These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Halviera platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within Halviera. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your workspace data, projects, documents, or files. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halviera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Halviera harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Halviera operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
