We got tired of running an agency on six disconnected tools.

Halviera started as the internal system we wished existed — one place for projects, time, and money.

Like most studios, we ran projects in one app, time in another, invoices in a third, and contracts in a fourth. Every month, someone spent days copying numbers between them — and things still slipped between done and paid.

So we built Halviera: a single workspace where a project plan flows into tracked hours, hours flow into invoices, and contracts get signed without ever leaving the app. Today thousands of agencies run their delivery and their billing in one place.
